Abstract

At TuffWrap Installations, I was tasked with producing a weekly marketing email. After inspecting our previous marketing materials, I found that our case studies had been particularly effective tools for winning construction bids. I created and prototyped a miniature case study format that could be rapidly modified to target different sectors.

The Solution Spotlight emails effectively filled that niche, and were coupled with a marketing schedule I devised at the beginning of the year to mitigate customer burnout while maximizing our frequency of communication.

The Challenge

Produce weekly B2B marketing emails that can be targeted at specific sectors of the construction industry.

The Solution

The Spotlight emails consist of an attractive product shot, brief headline, usually in the format “TuffWrap helps [sector] facility with [project type],” and summarized case study information.
